SUMMARY:AI Ready or Risky? An Executive Working Session for Leaders Pursuing AI
DESCRIPTION:Your organization has identified an opportunity for AI. But is the business ready to move it forward? \nAI Ready or Risky? is an invitation-only working session for C-level executives and equivalent enterprise leaders whose organizations are actively evaluating\, piloting\, implementing\, or scaling an AI initiative. Unlike a traditional conference\, this is a facilitated working experience. Each participant will arrive with one specific AI initiative and examine it across four areas that can determine whether it moves forward successfully: \nBusiness Value and ROI\nIs the initiative connected to a meaningful business need? Are its expected value\, costs\, measures of success\, and ownership clear? \nPeople Readiness\nDo employees\, managers\, and leaders have the skills\, support\, confidence\, and ways of working required to adopt it? \nData Readiness\nIs the necessary data available\, usable\, trustworthy\, and appropriate for the proposed application? \nGovernance and Access\nCan the organization manage access\, oversight\, accountability\, security\, and responsible use as the initiative advances? \nHow the working session works\nParticipants will move through the four readiness areas in small cohorts. At each station\, experts will introduce key considerations\, share practical examples\, and guide participants in applying focused questions to the initiative they brought with them. \nThroughout the session\, attendees will capture their findings on a personalized AI Readiness Card\, provided in both physical and digital formats. The completed card will provide a practical view of what is already in place\, where gaps remain\, and which questions or decisions must be addressed next. \nYou will leave with: \n• A clearer view of your initiative’s readiness across four critical areas\n• Greater visibility into the risks and unresolved questions that could impede progress\n• Practical guidance from experts in AI strategy\, workforce adoption\, data\, governance\, and security\n• A completed AI Readiness Card to support conversations with your leadership team\n• A more focused set of priorities and next steps for advancing your initiative \nWho should attend\nThis working session is designed for C-level executives and equivalent enterprise leaders who: \n• Hold decision-making responsibility for an organizational AI initiative\n• Are currently evaluating\, piloting\, implementing\, or scaling AI\n• Are prepared to bring one specific initiative to examine during the session\n• Want a practical\, cross-functional assessment rather than an introductory discussion about AI \nAttendance is limited to preserve the small-group\, interactive format. Invitation requests will be reviewed for alignment with the intended executive audience and working-session experience. \nWhat You’ll Leave With\nThis is a working session\, not a traditional panel discussion. You’ll leave with: \n\nA completed AI Readiness Card for the specific initiative you brought to the event\nA clearer view of where your initiative is ready to move forward and where risk or unanswered questions remain\nExpert guidance across business value and ROI\, people readiness\, data readiness\, and governance and access\nA focused set of priorities and next steps to take back to your organization\nNew connections with fellow executives navigating similar AI decisions\n\n*Invitation-only for C-level and equivalent leaders pursuing an active AI initiative.
