Jeffrey Little

Part Time Lecturer, Project Management

Jeffrey Little is Part Time Lecturer with over 15 years of industry experience as a practicing Project Manager in Healthcare and Information Technology. Through his years he has successfully managed projects in Waterfall/predictive, Agile, and Hybrid disciplines at the Project and Program level. He attributes his success as a project manager to a fundamental understanding and application of PMBOK principles and, most importantly, an ability to build relationships at all levels of the organization.

In addition to his lecturing position at the Roux Institute he is currently a Senior IT Project Manager at Boston Children’s Hospital (Boston, MA) IT Project Management Office. He has previously worked in the IT departments at MaineHealth (Portland, ME) and IDEXX Laboratories (Westbrook, ME). Prior to his technical career Jeffrey was a Clinical Dietitian working in the Boston area.

His academic and teaching history began in graduate school at the University of Massachusetts where he was an accomplished author of multiple publications and lecturing/presenting at local and national conferences in the field of Nutrition Science. He most recently instructed as an Adjunct Professor at Northern Essex Community College in Haverhill Massachusetts.

He lives in Cape Elizabeth Maine with his young family and enjoys coastal Maine during the Summer and skiing at Sugarloaf and Sunday River in the Winter.
