Caroline Routh
Recruitment & Engagement Manager
Caroline Routh (she/they) is a Recruitment & Engagement Manager at the Roux Institute. She enjoys meeting with prospective students to generate interest in the Roux Institute’s postgraduate academic offerings. Caroline is a recent graduate from the American University School of International Service, with a B.A. in International Studies and Chinese Language. During their time at American, Caroline interned with Forbes-Tate Partners, a bi-partisan lobbying firm specializing in grassroots and grasstops political advocacy. She also worked with the United Nations International Fund for Agricultural Development (UN-IFAD) to design a partnership between IFAD and U.S. Agency for International Development. As a homegrown “Mainer,” Caroline loves visiting local beaches, skiing, and island-hopping around Casco Bay. When she isn’t outside, she can be found researching and performing contemporary dance forms.
