Student life is an important part of your educational journey. We have a variety of student interest groups to help you match your interests with a community. And if you don’t see what you’re looking for, you may be able to start a new one!
Wellness is “the active pursuit of activities, the active pursuit of activities, choices and lifestyles that lead to a state of holistic health“. Therefore, wellness involves a commitment to yourself, your environment, and others for holistic wellbeing, and also the intentional practice of good habits and self-care.
Across our global network, we use the eight dimensions of wellness to support our students, evaluate programs, and create better health outcomes.
Across each dimension of wellness, we have resources ready to support you.
Northeastern University’s Office of Global Services (OGS) is an active resource to over 20,000 international students and scholars from 147 different nations across the world. They provide the professional expertise and support you need to maintain compliance through immigration, academic, and your employment experiences—helping you remain a valuable member of the Northeastern community.
Experiential learning integrates the classroom and the real world. Our programs engage students with the world through professional work, often finding opportunities within the Roux Institute’s 200+ partner network. Through experiences such as co-op and XN projects, students learn firsthand how to transform ideas into impact and become global citizens who are prepared to make a difference in the world.
