Gerard Pozzi
Senior Program Manager, ClimateTech Incubator
Gerard Pozzi is the Senior Program Manager of the ClimateTech Incubator at the Roux Institute at Northeastern University. Before joining the Roux, Pozzi spent five years at the World Resources Institute, where he helped more than 70 companies, universities, hospitals, and city governments reduce their food-related emissions. He also previously worked with Nike on circularity of post-consumer textile waste and IKEA on climate adaptation across their global value chain.
Pozzi’s background spans sustainability operations, cross-sector partnerships, and climate innovation. During his MBA, he co-led the Net Impact chapter and supported projects with founders, corporate sustainability teams, and investors. He also led a student field visit to the Nordics to explore sustainability and innovation across several different sectors.
Pozzi received a B.A. from Hamilton College and an M.B.A. from Duke University’s Fuqua School of Business. Outside of work, he is an avid cyclist and recently completed a 1,500-mile ride through New England and Nova Scotia.
