Lauren Sparacino is a Business Development Manager at the Roux Institute, where she builds Custom Learning partnerships that connect business leaders with Northeastern University’s academic and industry expertise. She partners with organizations to assess skill development needs and align bespoke programs that strengthen workforce capabilities and support long-term business goals, with a particular focus on guiding teams through digital transformation.
Sparacino brings over 15 years of experience in people operations, workforce development, and consulting. She is motivated by the positive cultural impact that emerges when organizations prioritize the people who sustain their success, helping work feel more meaningful and motivating for individuals and teams.
Sparacino studied Ecological Economics at the University of Vermont, an interest that informs her commitment to the Roux Institute’s mission to enable a sustainable, place-based economy in Maine. She lives with her family in South Portland, Maine, where she balances a love of exploration and live music with gardening and quiet time at home.
