Monica Holmes is the International Student and Scholar Advisor at the Roux Institute. Holmes supports a range of Office of Global Services functions for the Roux Institute and serves as a Designated School Official (DSO) and Alternate Responsible Officer (ARO) to support international students’ immigration advising.
