Nicole Merrill

Nicole Merrill is a Business Development Manager at the Roux Institute, where she focuses on building new partnerships for the institute’s Custom Learning practice. Working closely with the Learning Design team, she helps organizations identify tailored opportunities to upskill their workforce in key areas such as data, analytics, AI, and project management. Through these strategic partnerships, Merrill plays a key role in supporting organizations as they navigate their digital transformation, ensuring they remain competitive in an increasingly data-driven world.

With over 10 years of experience in managing strategic relationships, Merrill brings deep expertise in translating complex concepts into actionable, client-focused solutions. Before joining the Roux Institute, she spent seven years at MSCI, a leading provider of market data, analytics, and research, where she helped market participants make more informed investment decisions.

Merrill holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Economics and Finance from Bentley University. After several years in Boston, she recently relocated to Portland, Maine, where she now resides with her husband.
