Partner with Roux graduate students to tackle your specific business challenges through projects embedded in their coursework. Develop talent and offer highly relevant work experience through this mix of your organizational context and problems, student skills and innovation, and faculty expertise.
Project work is done virtually over 6–12 weeks, with project sponsors dedicating about an hour weekly to providing feedback. Projects are typically research-based and provide actionable deliverables, insights, and recommendations to inform key business decisions. Integrated into student coursework as assignments or capstone projects, they offer you real-world impact. Co-ops and internships are also available for longer commitments.

We source projects for every academic semester. To be eligible for a semester, a project must be submitted 6-8 weeks in advance of start dates. Please be aware, we cannot guarantee a project match with our courses, and tight deadlines or needs that are mission-critical are not a good fit for the program.
