Kayla Frank
Associate Director of Recruitment & Engagement
Kayla Frank oversees the Recruitment & Engagement team at the Roux Institute. Frank’s team creates personalized opportunities for prospective students to learn about Northeastern’s graduate programs, the Alfond Scholars Initiative, and to explore the Portland, Maine campus. Before her role at Northeastern University, Frank spent the last decade working in the nonprofit and higher education sectors, using her talents to manage relationships, plan events and fundraise. She earned her master’s in Policy, Planning and Management from the University of Southern Maine’s Muskie School of Public Service in 2018. She is a homebody who loves to paint, read cozy mysteries and explore Maine’s great outdoors.
