This means employers can save up to 50% of training costs by joining the Workforce Development Compact and enrolling Maine-based employees in the Roux Institute’s qualifying talent development programs. Financial support for Maine-based companies is available through a $2,000 tax credit for each worker enrolled in any of the Roux Institute’s talent development programs.
