Xenia Ferraro

Xenia Ferraro (pronounced ‘zen-ya’) is the creative operations manager at the Roux Institute. She project manages all creative initiatives for the marketing team and handles all back-end operations, ensuring that the team is resourced and set up for success. She grew up in New Jersey and joined the “Double Husky” club after graduating from Northeastern with a bachelor’s in industrial engineering and a master’s in international relations and global studies.

Prior to the Roux Institute, she worked as a process engineer for Raytheon Technologies and also within operations management for two education nonprofits in Boston and New York City. After living in several different cities, she has settled down in Maine with her daughter and is excited to continue her Northeastern journey.
