Zach Blattner
Director of Partner Products & Programs
Zach Blattner is the Director of Partner Products and Programs in the customized education practice. In his current role at Northeastern, he has led enterprise AI upskilling initiatives for corporate clients across the financial, legal, and professional services sectors, including a multi-year engagement at Bangor Savings Bank serving over 1,100 employees. Blattner joined Northeastern after spending nearly two decades in high-growth K12 organizations. Most recently, he was a Partner on the Teacher Professional Education team at Relay GSE, a non-profit start-up graduate school of education focused on a practice-based approach to teacher and leader skill-building. During his tenure, Blattner launched Teacher Professional Education and brought in the first contracts to prove the concept, building the organization to $2mm in recurring annual revenue and serving over 20,000+ teachers nationally in three-years. He also has expertise in facilitation and adult-learning best practices, with a recent focus on translating emerging AI capabilities into practical, role-based training for non-technical corporate and non-profit audiences. Blattner came to higher ed after several years as a school leader at a network of high performing charter schools. He started his career as a Teach For America corps member in South Texas, where his students became the first in school history to pass the AP Language and Composition exam.
Blattner holds a Master’s Degree in Public Administration from the University of Pennsylvania, and a Bachelor of Arts in English Literature from the George Washington University. He lives in Yarmouth, Maine with his family.
