Matthew Lauzon
Assistant Director of Employer Engagement
Matt Lauzon is The Assistant Director of Employer Engagement at The Roux Institute. Here, Lauzon is responsible for partnering with Maine employers to solve talent needs, both through co-op and full-time strategic hiring efforts. Previously, Lauzon worked as a campus recruiter for DraftKings, specializing in software engineering, analytics, and project management hiring. He also spent 5 years employed at Northeastern’s flagship campus in Boston, working in admissions and advising. He received a bachelor’s degree in government from the University of Tampa and an MBA from Fitchburg State University. A native Southern Mainer, Lauzon is thrilled to be back in his home state, helping to attract and retain talent for the growing corporate and industry landscape. He lives in Saco with his wife and daughter, and enjoys skiing in the winter, and spending the Summer at the beach or lake.
