Victor Olarewaju

Victor Jeremiah is the Entrepreneurship Project Management Co-op at the Roux Institute, where he supports operations and programming for the Founder Residency and ClimateTech Incubator. He works closely with startup founders, mentors, and partners to coordinate programming, manage projects, and help deliver a seamless experience across the entrepreneurship ecosystem.

Originally from Lagos, Nigeria, Victor has more than five years of experience in operations, project coordination, business development, and stakeholder management across the agriculture, hospitality, finance, and business sectors. He earned a bachelor’s degree in Agricultural Economics and Extension from Babcock University and is currently pursuing a Master of Science in Project Management with a concentration in Business Analysis at the Roux Institute, Northeastern University.

Outside of work, Victor enjoys traveling, road trips, exploring new technologies, and learning about entrepreneurship and business process improvement.
