Colleen Thibeault
Director of Business Development, Custom Learning Solutions
Colleen Thibeault is a Director of Business Development at the Roux Institute. She is focused on building relationships with Maine, New England, and global companies to bridge the gap between higher education and the corporate world. Her mission is to ensure that Roux partners have a workforce prepared to win in an economy dominated by data through customized workforce upskilling programs.
Thibeault brings a decade of data and technology strategy experience to the Roux Institute. The earlier part of her career was spent designing and implementing analytics solutions for organizations in public and private spheres. More recently, she partnered with companies to develop and deploy data-driven customer and employee retention strategies that drive high-impact bottom line results.
After living in several cities across the US, Thibeault returned to her Maine roots and now lives in South Portland with her family.
