Emily Miklovich is the Human Resources Business Partner for the Roux Institute. Miklovich serves as a resource for team members and leadership alike, and partners closely with them to align and enact the organization’s goals from an HR perspective. She brings a combined 16 years of experience in HR, and leverages her interdisciplinary experience to inform her HR strategies. A native Vermonter, Miklovich began her HR career in Vermont, and since moving to Maine in 2015, has spent a majority of her time at MaineHealth in various HR roles. She comes to the Roux most recently from the HR Business Partner Team at Whole Foods Corporate. Miklovich is thrilled to join the Roux Institute because of her passion for creating and sustaining a meaningful employment pipeline for Mainers. Miklovich currently holds a B.A. in Music from Wheaton College in Massachusetts and is pursuing a dual Masters of Public Administration and Business Administration.

As a Portland resident, Miklovich enjoys taking in all this bustling city has to offer with her husband, son, and dog.
