Erica Miner is a recruitment and engagement manager at the Roux Institute. In this role, Miner specifically focuses on forging connections with universities and undergraduates in upstate New York. Leveraging her extensive background in nonprofit and higher education realms, Miner was naturally drawn to the Roux Institute due to its inspiring mission and the remarkable prospects it provides for students. Prior to her role at the Roux Institute, Miner played an integral part in admissions and recruitment at Binghamton University, where she also attained a Master of Public Administration, specializing in nonprofit management.
Residing in Binghamton, New York, Miner finds joy in the company of friends, artistic expression through painting, basking in the great outdoors, and nurturing her aspiration to become an Adirondack 46er.
