Julia Dower
Financial Aid Counselor
Julia Dower is a Financial Aid Counselor at the Roux Institute. Dower will be counseling students on financial aid and determining Title IV Eligibility.
Julia recently moved to Portland from Keene, New Hampshire where she was Financial Aid Director for 17+ years at River Valley Community College. She holds a B.S in Business Administration from Fitchburg State College.
In her spare time Julia enjoys exploring Portland and the surrounding areas. She also enjoys sewing, archery and her newest hobby, painting.
